• Products must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

• Final sale and custom-made items are non-refundable.

• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

• The item must be returned in its original jewelry pouch or box.

• The return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• Broken crystals due to misuse, improper storage, or water exposure

 

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (if available), or store credit. Please reach out within the 14-day window.

 

💰 Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect.We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.
